Home sick

I'm home sick. I had to stay home from school. Today I have a small fever. I have a cold and my throat is scratchy. This is fun because I get to play the comuter all day. (Ha.....mom is making im practice his piano, update his blog, empty the dishwasher, and vacuum. Some fun.)

The other day we did a play at school. It was called Red Writing Hood. Not "Riding" but "Writing" because Red would change the script and mess up all the other fairy tales. Mom came to the play at school. I had a part. I was Second Prince because there were two princes. I had to say "Cinderella, my dear".

During summer vacation when assigned classes came out I thought I wouldn't get Mr. Merriam. During the first day of school I was really exited. I told my mom that my mind is empty. Do red heads have empty heads?

I have a tool box full of a lot of tools . I have flat head screw drivers, phillips head screw drivers, wrenches, a power drill, and other tools. I even have my own work bench in the garage where I take things apart. If you have broken things at home you don't want, give them to me. I like to take things apart. I like to keep the cool parts I find like circuit boards and magnets. Magnets are my favorites. I also like the heads from VCRs.

My head is empty again. I like to help my dad work on the car. He lets me help with the power air tools and the oil changes and the brake jobs.

CRCT Test

When I was in school and it was time for the CRCT . I thought that I would fail because I really never listened. When it was time to take the CRCT test I was nervous. During the test I read, answered the questions, and tried my best. My favorite part of CRCT was math. Math is fun. I did really good on the CRCT even though I was nervous.

This year I have Mr. Merriman in the 4th grade. I think his class will be fun because he comes up with good ideas for math. I went to his class one time as a preview of 4th grade. I thought his class was fun, exciting, and creative. I get to go to the school Friday to meet my new teacher. I am looking forward to school starting.


-Yesterday my great-grandpa died. I will miss him. He is happier now.

Introduction

This summer we went to Florida for my Aunt Amy and Uncle Lorrin's wedding. After the wedding we went to eat at Olive Garden to eat and to celebrate. Yum! We drove down to Florida a few days early so that we could go to Disney. My favorite rides were Splash Mountain, The Haunted Mansion, and Space Mountain. They were a lot of fun. I did not get sunburned at all that day. The next day we went swimming all day at the condo's pool. We had fun. I got a little burned that day. Whenever I get in the sun, Angels kiss me and leave freckles behind to show where I was kisses. I have been kissed by a lot of Angels!

Last week we went to West Point Lake to swim and to picnic with Mrs. Annetta and her two kids Tyler and Chase. All of my brothers and sisters except for Eric went too. We had a lot of fun. We jumped off the bank into the water far away from mom and Mrs Annetta. We ate. We swam. We got burned. Mom told me the next day that I had blisters on my forehead and my ears. Now I have even more freckles than before!!

Mom is paying me to be a leprechaun for Halloween!! Grandma Hansen thinks that I will make a really great leprechaun. They have wanted me to to this for a long time. So, this year I will be a leprechaun. Mom said that if I do it, she will pay me!! Now all I need is the costume.
